After several years of writing about the Knockhill club-level racing scene and even more years of online simulation racing, this Blog was originally set up to either follow my attempt at the real world of Scottish motorsport or my dismal failure of even making it to the track. Now that my participation in the 2007 SMRC Scottish Legends Championship has been confirmed, it'll be used to track my "progress"!

Anon: Jon Jon came down the inside of me like a bolt of lightning into McIntyres at the test-day a couple of weeks back... we're the exact opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to skill in a legend!
Lewis: It will actually - all the Scottish series are being shown in a one-hour programme filmed by the people who make the "Race & Rally" show which showed the Scottish Minis on Motors TV and Channel 5 last year, so we'll be on both terrestrial and satellite telly!
